We have agreed that he can hold the lot until he has pre-sold a home.

3.) Have pre-approved their plans with the architectural committee.
The lengthy and often costly process of drawing plans, submitting them for approval and adjusting them to meet the architectural
committee’s requirements has already been done. Pre-approved plans have been put on the fast track and are ready to begin.

4.) Will pay for your planning/decorating sessions with our in-house decorator
The builder gains a huge benefit when he can work with one decorator who knows the floor plan and understands his scheduling
procedure and construction process.

5.) Will provide Four (4) Years of warranty coverage
